We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who is focused on self-development to advance in their career.
Reporting to Business Development Manager and Directors, this individual will be responsible for assisting aZtec’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition via a plethora of methods, as well as learning our sales and marketing process.
The relevant applicant should be willing to step out of their comfort zone and embrace sales and marketing methods not previously learned or attempted. A proven track record is advisable however, proof of self-development and willingness to continue is more important than direct relevant experience. The applicant would be required to utilise methods such as phone, face to face, email, social media (specifically LinkedIn) and other methods to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
In addition to office based work, the ideal applicant would have a full UK driving licence and a car in order to learn how we operate on quotes and work on lead generation away from the office. As part of the role, we would expect thorough attention to be made to maintaining and improving our database, ensuring that the contact made is relevant to current companies of the right type for what we offer. Training and management support will be given, however the ability to self manage and work under your own initiative is vital.
Hours: Flexible (Part-time or Full-time). We are looking for the right fit for our company.
Pay: Competitive – dependent on experience.
-Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, LinkedIn, Facebook (or Twitter), as well as some understanding or interest in databases, and analytics software.
-Previous experience within a sales environment
-Must be willing to make sales calls and realise the value of them in obtaining information at the very least.
